When a release allows order customization, here's what club members see and can do when they update their order. Use this to answer member questions or to preview the experience yourself.
The Customize Club Order email
Club members receive the Customize Club Order email before the release processes. It lists the default items in the Club Manager Selection along with any optional products you've made available.
You can edit the subject line, headline, greeting, and conclusion of this email under Account > Email templates.
To start customizing, the member clicks Customize Order in the email.
Changing items in the order
From the order page, members can change quantities, remove products, or add different products, all within the parameters you set when you built the release.
Order minimums
If the release has a Minimum Order Quantity or Minimum Order Value, members can't save their changes until they meet it. If a change drops them below the minimum, they'll need to add more items before saving.
Note: The minimum shown to the member reflects whatever you set for the release. See Create a customized release for how to set these values.
Shipping options
Members can switch their release between pickup and shipping, if both are available for the release.
If they choose shipping, they can select a nearby UPS Access Point. Suggested locations are based on the address on their order.
Members can also choose delayed shipping and pick a ship date. This is the date the order leaves, not the date it arrives.
Updating payment information
To update a card, the member clicks Update in the Credit Card section and enters the new card details.
Saving or reverting changes
Once the order meets any minimums you've set, the member clicks Save to lock in their changes.
If a member wants to undo their changes, they can click Revert to Club Manager Selection at any time before the customization deadline. This resets their order back to the default items you planned for the release.
