Every account comes with club management which includes an online option for New Member registration.


New members can register online. This allows them to securely provide their billing and shipping information from your website. They can also choose a category of a club to join.


To add online registration to your website:

  1. Go to ACCOUNT and select INTEGRATIONS.
  2. Under Vinoshipper Tools, select Vinoshipper Injector.
  3. Use the Injector Code tool first and place the Vinoshipper Injector onto your website. Select the Theme you would like to have from the drop-down selector tool. If you have a website with a darker background enable dark mode using the toggle. Once you have done this you will use the drop-down selector to select Squarespace/Self-Hosted, Other (Choose Squarespace if you are on a Squarespace website, but Self-Hosted, Other for all other website builders). 
  4. Click on the box in the bottom right-hand corner in the blue circle. This will copy that section of code to your clipboard.
  5. Paste this code onto your website in the appropriate section in the HTML. See Integration Overview for instructions per platform.
  6. Scroll down to the section called "Club Sign Up Form". 
  7. Click on the box in the bottom right-hand corner in the blue circle. This will copy that unique code for that club sign up form to your clipboard.
    This will be pasted directly onto the page where you would like the Vinoshipper Club Sign Up Form to appear.

After you add clubs to your website page, the different club titles display in a drop-down list from which the registrant can select.

NOTE: If you integrate your product list (or add to cart buttons) and the sign up form onto the same website you will only have one set of the same injector code in the Footer section. Do not add multiples of the Injector Code to the footer of your website.


New Member Confirmation

When a new member registers, a confirmation email is sent to them confirming their information and welcoming them to your club program.
NOTE: For gift memberships, this email is sent to the gift giver. The gift recipient is not sent a Club Welcome email – it is the gift giver's responsibility to notify the recipient of the gift.


Edit the Confirmation Template

To edit the copy in the Club Welcome email, go to ACCOUNT - EMAIL TEMPLATES and find the Club Welcome email for the club you would like to change. You can customize the subject line, greeting, and conclusion of the email.
