Updating Club Members' Details

Contact all club members

Follow these steps to send an email to all members showing their current details and asking them to confirm. This is a good way to confirm their credit card details and shipping address.

Note: For gift memberships, this email is sent to the gift giver.

1. Go to Clubs > Club List.
2. Click the name of the club whose members' details you want to verify.
3. Click Actions.
4. Select Profile Update Email.
5. This email can be partially customized, including the subject, greeting, and conclusion. To go back to the standard email, click Revert at the bottom.
6. Once you're happy with the email, click Select Audience > Send Now.

Contact an individual club member

1. Go to Customers > Customer List.
2. Use the search bar to find the customer and click the customer's name.
3. Select the Clubs tab.
4. Find the club membership you want to verify and click the more options icon (⋮).
5. Click Create Profile Update Link.
6. Click Create Link. This generates a one-time-use link for the customer to update their billing or shipping preferences for this club membership.
7. Copy the link and email it to the customer.

Note: For gift memberships, only send this link to the gift giver.

Customer updates information

• The customer receives a notification email with a link to update their information.
• When they update it, you're notified, and the affected order moves to the unpaid category, ready for you to charge the card again.
• You can also send an update email to all club members a few days before a release, giving them the chance to update their credit card and shipping address.
