Set hold ship date on open order
This allows you to set future ship dates for customers and keep the order off the Open Orders email.
Individual order
- Go to Orders > Open Shipments.
- Click on the order number to be modified.
- Click Modify Order and choose Hold Until.
Note: If you have created a shipping label already, you will need to cancel the label and throw it away. Then modify the hold date. You will create a new label at the time of shipping. - Select the date that the order will ship.
Click Save.
Multiple orders
- Go to Orders > Open Shipments.
- Use the checkboxes on the left of the order number to select each order.
To select all open orders, click the check box next to Actions and click Select All.
To select all open orders with other filters, select the filters then click the check box next to Actions and click Select All. - Click Actions, then Change Ship Date.
- Choose the date and select Save Orders.
Remove hold ship date on open order
This allows you to remove future ship dates for customers so that you can print the UPS label.
Individual order
- Go to Orders > All Orders.
- Click on the order number to be modified.
- Click Modify Order and choose Hold Until.
Click on the trash can icon next to the ship date, click Save.
Multiple orders
- Go to Orders > All Orders.
- Use the checkboxes to the left of each order number to select orders. To select open club orders, choose your club from the Club dropdown and the desired release from the Release dropdown.
- Click Actions, then Change Ship Date.
- Click Remove Ship Date.
